Richard has 38 years’ experience in the construction industry with over 20 years working globally. A Chartered Surveyor by profession, he has a broad field of experience, having worked for consultants, civil engineering contractors, developers, utility companies, local and national government.
Specialties include: contract drafting and negotiation (including partnering and other collaborative arrangements); risk management; commercial management; claim preparation and defense; supporting and assisting with contractual disputes.
